* 6. The European Union supports the development of young people's creativity and innovation through access and participation in cultural actions. Hence, it focuses its actions in making new technologies available to empower young people's creativity and boost their interests, providing access to cultural or inspiring places, and promoting specialized training in culture, new media and intercultural skills.
