Accessible Housing Register Survey

Disability Wales on behalf of Tai Pawb and Gwent Regional Partnership Board, would like to hear your experiences of applying for accessible social housing.

We would like to hear from: disabled people, older people and families with disabled children who;

·        live in Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Monmouthshire, Newport or Torfaen

·        have been allocated accessible social housing in the last 5 years (2014-2019)

·        or are currently on a waiting list for accessible social housing.

 

Survey Background

This research has been commissioned by the Gwent Regional Partnership Board. The aim of this research is to review how accessible social housing is allocated, including good practice and gaps.

 

How We Will Use Your Information

Findings from this survey will contribute to a report and recommendations which will be submitted to Gwent Regional Partnership Board. The report will highlight good practice and recommend improvements which could be taken forward on a regional basis.

All data from the survey will be anonymised. You can however provide your name and contact details, if you would like to take part in a focus group, to tell us more about your experiences later.
