Waddesdon Parish Council is preparing a Village Plan for the next 5 years.
The Village Plan can help the Parish Council deliver improvements such as better street lighting and landscaping, certain changes to local roads e.g. traffic calming or road widening, new allotments and improvements to leisure and recreation services, amongst other things. It is designed to identify issues that require improvement and to set an action plan to help decide how and when they will be delivered.
This questionnaire seeks feedback on issues in the village. It gives you the opportunity to help us identify and deal with priorities that need to be included in our Plan.
What is the difference between a Village Plan and a Neighbourhood Plan?
Waddesdon already has a Neighbourhood Plan in place which is a statutory land use plan to guide development and growth within the Parish and has ‘material weight’ in the consideration of planning applications. A Village Plan is different from a Neighbourhood Plan. It is a visionary, rather than a statutory, document.
Your feedback is important!
You do not have to answer every question. However, the more feedback we gather, the better the picture we can build of how and where the Village needs to improve.
