1. Introduction & LINX

Dear Member,

This is the LINX membership survey of 2021.

We would be grateful for your cooperation in providing us with frank and honest answers to the below questions, a process that will take approximately 10 - 15 minutes.

For completing this survey you have the chance of winning a SONY PlayStation 5 Console! We accept one response from each membership. The first response from each membership will be recognised. All entrants to the competition will be included in the prize draw. 

It's important for us to understand how members feel LINX is performing in all aspects of our work, and where you think there is room for improvement. We can then consider your response to help model future plans and developments.

Once collated and analysed, the results of this survey will be presented by myself at LINX114 members meeting on the 10th & 11th November 2021.
