Help us design a D&I Charter that works for you!

Dear colleague,

As you probably know, the Diversity & Inclusion Charter is one of the flagship initiatives through which the Law Society is trying to support a more diverse and inclusive profession.

As one of the earliest industry-specific benchmarking exercises, we know the current Charter needs reviewing so as to be fully representative of the diversity of our membership. That is why we intend to fully redesign it to make this tool as useful, meaningful and relevant as possible.

Making sure the most diverse range of interest groups and communities is fully represented in the new Charter is one of the key principles of the review.

This short survey will help us capture your valuable insights and will inform the next stages of the review process. It will take you around 10 minutes to complete and your answers will be completely anonymous and only used in aggregate form to identify key trends.

If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch with Alex: alex.storer@lawsociety.org.uk - 02073205749

Thank you in advance for your contribution
