The Police and Crime Commissioner for Cumbria and the Safer Cumbria Partnership are constantly working to improve the services and support available for victims and witnesses as part of their commitment to “Always Put Victims First”.

We would very much like to hear and learn from your experience with the criminal justice agencies in Cumbria.  We would therefore be very grateful if you can take part in the following survey which will take up to 10 minutes to complete.  We will use the information you provide to ensure victims and witnesses get the support and services they deserve.

If you choose to take part in the survey, you will be asked to answer questions about your experience and your satisfaction with the support and services offered to you.  You are not obliged to respond to any questions that you are uncomfortable answering and you may stop the survey at any time.

At the end of the survey is a set of questions that are purely voluntary. By completing these questions you are not required to provide personal information which will lead to the identification of you or your family.  All responses are anonymous.

There are however a number of free text questions that you can complete.  Should you provide any personal data within this text it will be retained within the Cumbria Office of Police and Crime Commissioner and not disclosed to any other organisation.
