The promoter of this prize draw is Service95 Limited of 88-90 Baker Street, London, United Kingdom, W1U 6TQ (Promoter). The prize draw is open to anyone aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. You will automatically be entered into the prize draw if you (a) complete an online survey (in full); and (b) provide your email address (Entry Email). All entries must be submitted via the online survey and only one entry per person is permitted. The opening date for entries is 7am BST on 10 August 2023. The closing date of the prize draw is 11.59pm BST on 24 August 2023 (Closing Date). Entries received before the opening date or after the Closing Date will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. The five winners will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person on or around 30 August 2023 (Draw Date). The five winners will receive five books featured on Service95 Recommends. The winners will be notified by email to the Entry Email no later than 28 days after the Closing Date. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 14 days of the winner responding to the Promoter’s notification with their postal address. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The prize is supplied by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
