Overview
This fast paced, highly interactive week is designed to equip business leaders with tools and behaviours that accelerate and sustain growth; changing business performance. Successfully preparing for and leading this change is a critical component in creating and sustaining prosperity. The programme is designed for businesses with high growth or scale as well as those with ambitions to build their business internationally.
At Babson College you will explore the makings of today’s globally integrated business enterprise and the design, management and leadership elements that shape success or failure. There will be experiential sessions on selling, growth challenges, building platforms for growth, decision making, buying and selling companies, innovation, leadership and change.
Through Babson you will engage with business leaders who will share how they have met the challenges of growing their ventures. Additionally, as a cohort, using Entrepreneurial Scotland’s connections with Scottish Development International and GlobalScots, you will visit and host entrepreneurs in Boston. These exclusive, interactive meetings will provide alternative opportunities to learn how entrepreneurial thought and action is being applied to the development of relatable, scaling enterprises.
