Please look at the questions that follow & tick as many options as apply to you. If you would like to say more please do so in answer to question 10.
MCS is carrying out this survey to explore young adults’ (under 30s) experience of their emotional life, what helps them to feel good, and what they might do when they don’t. If you are under 30 we would really appreciate your help.

The information you give us will be used to develop our service: to help us with publicity, to respond better to young people, and to help us raise the money we need to support them coming to our service.
By submitting a completed survey you are consenting for MCS to use the data for these purposes.

We put people’s answers together to get the statistics we need. You do not need to give us your name unless you would like to help us with further related consultations. If you do give us your contact details, we will only use them to get back to you about the survey and we do not make anyone’s details available to other people (in keeping with privacy laws).

If you are concerned that doing the survey might stir things up for you, but would like to help, then you might like to do it when someone else who you trust is with you. Likewise if you feel unsettled either before or after participating in this survey, please do speak to someone who you trust & can offer you support.

You can read more about us on our website:
We invite you to read the MCS statement & additional information on how we use data for research purposes by going to our dedicated webpage
