This is your invitation to shape the new Lift & Escalator apprenticeship now.

Please carefully consider what you as an employer, or as an Engineer within the UK lift industry, would expect to see from your apprentices. Please note that the survey closes on 14th March 216 Please:

•       Examine and reflect upon section 2. of the key Stairlift, Platform Lift, Service Lift Electromechanic Apprenticeship Standard document which outlines the occupational profiles and essential elements such as the knowledge, skills and behaviours required by a person in an engineering role.

•       Consider in section 3. the specialist skills, knowledge and behaviours that an Engineer would need to display in a service, repair or refurbishment environment.

•       Then please complete the questionnaire to express your thoughts on what the Stairlift, Platform Lift, Service Lift Electromechanic Apprenticeship Standard documents include.
