This survey has been put together by Sobus, H&F Volunteer Centre and LBHF to understand the volunteering needs and challenges of local organisations and how support services can be developed and improved in the future to meet these needs. This is an anonymous survey to enable you to be completely open about any challenges or support you may need.

Very confident - all our volunteer coordinators / managers follow best practice and our policies are regularly updated to conform to latest legal changes and best practice improvement

Confident - our staff are experienced in managing volunteers and we have clear policies and procedures but may not be completely up-to-date

Not very confident - we are stretched as an organisation and so do not have the time and resources to be as up-to-date as we could be
