Empower Mentoring Programme: Mentor Application

Join the Peter Jones Foundation Empower Mentoring Scheme, as a mentor. Whether you have several years of professional/ business experience or would like to help a mentee reach their potential this role is for you. The scheme will run from November – April 2021.

Your role as a mentor will involve:
- Having regular meetings with your mentee for a minimum of one hour a month for six months
- Attending a virtual training session on 24th November from 6-7pm
- Offering your mentee advice and support
- Helping your mentee set and reach their goals
- Be a sounding board and giving constructive feedback
