Introduction

Many people living with mental illness are finding it hard to cope and get the support they need as a result of Coronavirus.  That's why we're asking you to share the challenges you’re facing as a result of the current crisis. The information you provide will help us understand the problems you face and how services should respond. It will guide our future mental health offer.

Ynot Aspire currently deliver low-level mental health support to young people in Hyndburn.  Serenity Self Care provide a range of counselling and support services across Lancashire.

Because things are changing so quickly, it would be very helpful if you could share your contact details with us so we can keep you updated and ask for your input again as things develop.

Your data

By completing this survey you will be giving Ynot Aspire Ltd and Serenity Self Care permission to use the information that you give anonymously, including quotes from answers to questions, as part of our work to influence policy and practice such as in funding bids, reports or in the media or social media.

Because the impact of Coronavirus on mental health is rapidly evolving, we will update you about this work by email to feed back about where your evidence is shaping policy and practice and to let you know other ways that you can get involved. We will not use your contact details to send you marketing communications.

If you do not want to hear from Ynot Aspire or Serenity Self Care about this project, please leave the boxes for your contact details within the survey blank.

If you want to opt out from email updates on this project in the future, please email info@ynotaspire.org.uk at any time
