Youth Arts Consultation - Survey for Organisational Leads & Decision Makers

Creative Arts East are carrying out a consultation (funded by national charity Youth Music) to find out what creative pathways are available to young people in the eastern region. Please help us by answering the questions below, giving as much information as possible. Your responses will help to inform our consultation, and will ultimately support the sharing of best practice in working with and for young people in the arts. 
 
This survey is based on arts opportunities and pathways for young people. For the purposes of this survey, ‘events/activities’ refer to those that are arts/creativity/culture-related and ‘young people’ refers to those aged 25 and under.
