1. Welcome to St Martin's Church Sherwood Community Survey

St Martin’s Church would like your opinions about the needs of the community of Sherwood, Nottingham to inform a proposed building project.

This follows initial plans for a building on the site of St Martin's Church to meet the growing needs of children and young people on Sunday mornings.

Completion of this anonymous questionnaire is entirely voluntary, questions can be skipped and you can go back to edit answers. Due to the anonymous nature of this questionnaire it will not be possible to withdraw your data after you have completed the survey.

Jane Watson is carrying out this survey on behalf of St Martin's Church.

I am a student with CYM / Staffordshire University doing an MA in Chaplaincy and the anonymised responses may be used as part of the course work for my Communities module. If you want to find out more information about this, please contact the Director of Academic Studies at CYM, Robin Smith on robin.smith@cym.ac.uk

Raw data will be stored by me on Survey Monkey and a password protected computer and then passed onto the church leadership for future use. The data collected, which may include anonymous quotes, may be used in reports for St Martin's Church.
