Welcome to our annual survey which focuses on teaching and learning, and professional development. We would love to hear your views and they’ll help to inform the development of Tapestry and the Foundation Stage Forum, support our public relations and marketing, and feed into our articles.

The survey includes 14 questions (plus two optional ones at the end) and takes just five minutes to complete. We’ll share a summary of the results on the Tapestry and Foundation Stage Forum websites.

Respondents will be entered into a prize draw and have the chance to win £50 of M&S vouchers. Please read, and make sure you agree with, our privacy policy before getting started.
