Dear RES Members,

In August 2020 we ran a survey exploring the role, relevance, and purpose of Wellbeing. At the time, Employee Wellbeing was a hot topic and a huge challenge for organisations all around the world. After all, many countries were in lockdown and many people were working remotely.

Since then, we’ve learned to live with the pandemic. Mass vaccinations have paved the way for international travel. Businesses have opened their doors to hybrid working. And pupils are back in classrooms. Plus, we’re beginning to understand how the pandemic has affected society and the people within it.

One such effect is that Employee Wellbeing has changed. An integrated Wellbeing strategy is no longer the exception. Wellbeing benefits cannot simply be considered part of the EVP. Instead, Employee wellbeing has become essential. It is the new normal.

A year on, we’re re-running the survey. We want to identify and understand how trends in Employee Wellbeing have changed in the past year. As well as exploring Wellbeing at an organisational level, the survey looks at Wellbeing for employees in general, plus the specifics of Wellbeing for globally mobile employees.

As with our previous survey, we’ll use this data to help you understand what Wellbeing means for your organisation, and how you can best provide a Wellbeing programme for your employees.

All we ask is that you complete the survey as honestly and thoroughly as possible. If you have an HR team member dedicated to Employee Wellbeing, please feel free to forward it to them. Their expertise will be incredibly valuable.

I appreciate you giving up your precious time to complete this survey. Without you we wouldn’t be able to create research papers that benefit RES Forum members all over the world.

Thank you
