REGISTRATION FORM

Please register your interest to attend the FREE Youth Music Club sessions at Cranleigh Village Hall.

1st and 3rd Thursday of the month

Beginner 3.30 - 4.45pm

Intermediate 4.30 - 6.00pm

Club launches Thursday 21 October 2021

The Parish Council is supplying the instruments with grateful thanks to the Co-op Local Causes Fund and volunteers are providing music tuition.

Please note that fields marked with a * are required. Failure to provide required information may result in us being unable to register you to attend.

We will send you the consent form when we receive your registration. You need to complete this and return it to us before the Youth Music Club session. You can do this via email, posted to the Parish Council, or bring it with you on the day. Unfortunately, no child will be able to take part without this consent.
