Question Title

* 1. When things go well (for example, you finished a tricky chapter, entered a competition, got fab feedback) do you experience setbacks in writing or other areas of your life?

Question Title

* 2. Are you aware of self-sabotaging patterns you run in your life (for example, you start overeating as you are about to reach your ideal weight, your performance deteriorates when people praise you, or perhaps, you get ill before a major deadline). Please can you describe the pattern(s) for me.

Question Title

* 3. Do you feel guilty in your life for whatever reason? Let's say you are a mum, and every time to do something for yourself, you notice guilt setting in. Or maybe you are not earning enough at present, and feel guilty when spending money on a course or activity you enjoy. Please tell me more about that.

Question Title

* 4. Think about your answer to Q.3 for a moment. Tune into that feeling of guilt and then imagine your life as a timeline. Can you trace that feeling towards your childhood? When was the first time you felt like that before? Perhaps, you wanted your sibling's toy and your parents shamed you for being greedy or not kind to your brother or sister. Or you were told off at school for being too smart / too lazy, and somehow you felt guilty for being that way. Whatever it is, just see what comes up and please share that memory with me. It's completely anonymous.

Question Title

* 5. If you didn't sabotage yourself, what would you achieve in writing and life? What is the best that can happen, if you didn't have any obstacles on your way?
