The Coproduction working group is interested in hearing both good and bad examples so please be as honest as you can. You can complete the form anonymously if you wish so don’t fill the first section out if you don’t feel comfortable doing so.
We appreciate that some people’s examples might cause strategic difficulties. If you want to provide examples of co-production anonymously then please indicate clearly in your response so that you or your organisation will not be identified.
