Information gathering for the UK Covid-19 Public Inquiry

Thank you for agreeing to take part in this questionnaire to explore the views of local Age UK organisations related to the UK Covid-19 Public Inquiry. Age UK have been asked to provide ongoing evidence to the inquiry and most recently for Module 1 which is concerned with emergency preparedness, resilience and pandemic planning and the extent to which the government factored pre-existing inequalities and vulnerabilities into emergency planning.

 

We also would like to understand more about your overall experiences to respond to other modules of the inquiry and look at Age UK’s wider response and understanding of the impact of the pandemic. This survey covers specific questions related to Module 1 and some more general questions about the impact of the pandemic and opportunities for further engagement. Please note that your responses may be included in Age UK’s formal response to the Covid-19 Inquiry in anonymised form. Individual responses will not be attributed to a specific organisation or person.
