Transformation Cornwall is an ecumenical charity that strengthens faith based social action in Cornwall. Our funders include the Church Urban Fund, Cornwall Methodist District and Truro Diocese. An external consultant, James Baddeley is carrying out a review of our work to understand how we can best strengthen the Cornish Faith community to develop and carry out their social action work. Social action is the term we are using to describe any activities you are doing to benefit or bring your community together, other than through ministry.Please help us by completing this short survey – we estimate that the survey will take 15 minutes.
