Raising the Bar Survey 2016

Thank you very much for taking the time to participate in this year's Raising the Bar survey, delivered by Future Fit Training and supported by ukactive.  Your insight into the physical activity sector's workforce - where it's strongest and where there's room for improvement - will be analysed and used to inform the annual Raising the Bar report.

All data will be held confidentially by ukactive and Future Fit Training.  On completion of this survey a representative of ukactive or Future Fit Training may contact you to explore and discuss your answers in more detail.
