Examples are fast foods and shop bought foods such as; pizzas, snacks (but not including natural nuts and seeds without coatings), cakes, biscuits, sweets, pastries (savoury and sweet), ready meals & desserts, ice-creams, all soft-drinks and energy drinks and similar foods & drinks to those listed.
