1. Creative Writing Survey
Introduction to the research
First Story wants to find out how people feel about creative writing. This survey is part of an evaluation First Story is doing with LKMco, a research organisation.
What does the research involve?
This is a follow-up to a survey you filled in at the start of the programme about creative writing. We will look to see whether people’s responses have changed since the programme began.
We will use what you say to improve our programme. However, you only need to fill this survey in if you want to. You can still join in with this project if you don’t.

How we will store and use your data
We will store survey responses safely. We will share what we find out in reports and maybe in articles and on our websites.
However, we will not link your name with what you say in the survey, and what you say won’t be shared with your parents or teacher.
We may share your answers with other researchers, but they must agree not to put your name by what you say.
