If you are reporting a faulty alarm that has been installed by Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service then please contact Fire Angel direct on 0800 141 2561 or email technicalsupport@fireangel.co.uk and leave your details and contact number inclusive of the model of detector you are reporting. This is found on the underside of the detector when removed by a ¼ twist from the base plate.
