Take 5 minutes to help us in the fight against cancer!

North West Cancer Research is a completely independent charity, dedicated to putting our region’s cancer needs first, funding life-saving research to tackle the cause, improve the care and find the cure for cancer.

We are looking to hear from different groups of people to see how much people know about cancer and to learn about how people might want to know more about how to keep healthy. We have lots of ideas for activities and services and would love to hear from you.

Parts of the survey take the form of a quiz (questions 12-20).

At the end of the survey you will be able to see your results. Feel free to share this with friends and family to test yourself and compare your results!

All replies are anonymous, unless you choose to give us your contact details to keep in touch.

Completing this survey will really help us to design and fund activities that will make a real difference to people's lives.

Any personal information we collect will only be used for the purposes of our research and to share our overall findings. This survey is being managed by our partner Liverpool Charity and Voluntary Services.

All responses are stored via password protected access and are held in accordance with our Data Protection policy.

You can edit your responses up to when you submit your survey.

If you have any questions about this survey, please contact us on (0151) 709 2919 or info@nwcr.org.
