The Place will hold and use the data supplied on this application form for the purposes of administering your application for this project with The Place. Such data may be made available to those who reasonably need to know within The Place. This data will be kept by the Theatre and Artist Development Department for up to one year following the selection process. In the event that you are successful in your application we will share your contact details with members of The Place team as required for the delivery of the project. The Place will retain your contact information in the project files for the purposes of record keeping and eventual archive. We will also keep your contact details in appropriate The Place database(s) for up to six years to enable us to contact you in future in connection with this project or future initiatives. Other information such as financial details will be kept in line with statutory legislation.
