Development Survey

Healthcare People Management Association (HPMA) launched our Strategy 'Improving Health Through People' at our conference on 7th June 2019 in Manchester.  We are a charity established to support the needs of all workforce and OD professionals with the healthcare setting, this includes HR, OD, L&D, Payroll, Inclusion, Wellbeing, Workforce Planning, Resourcing, Temporary Staffing, Communications etc.

Within our strategy we have 5 squads, the first of which is entitled 'Development'.  We are keen to understand all workforce and OD professionals learning priorities are for 2019 - 2021 and how HPMA can support this development in the work we do.  Working with NHSI/NHSE/HEIW and other partners, we have developed a short on-line survey to inform us what the main areas for development and support are so we can plan accordingly.

As stated previously, this survey is aimed at all staff working within a Workforce and OD functions in healthcare, so please share this link with your teams if you think they may have not received it directly.  It is really important that we hear from the wider workforce and OD functions including payroll, wellbeing, HR, OD, L and D, Inclusion, workforce planning, resourcing, communications, staff engagement, temporary staffing and more we are sure.

In order to support our analysis, as a minimum requirement please can you state your job title and band ideally with your email address so we can ensure that you receive our newsletter and other benefits, if your organisation is a member, if not, you need to approach your senior HR team to ask why!
