Pain Management App for Parents Stage 2 Survey 3

We are a group of researchers at Great Ormond Street Hospital. 

We would like to develop an app which will provide information for parents about managing their child's pain when they are in hospital.  To help us develop the app, we are asking parents what they think the app should include, and would really value your opinion. We have already asked some parents for their views, to develop this survey, and are working with a number of hospitals, charities and support groups to reach parents.

This survey should take about 5 minutes to complete. Your answers will be anonymous and confidential. If you would like to be involved at later stages of this project and give us your email address so that we can contact you, we will not share your information with anyone else. This survey will be open for responses until 31st October 2016.
