About this Survey

	West Glamorgan Regional Partnership is a group with an interest in health and social care services. Its members are:
	Neath Port Talbot Council
	Swansea Council
	Swansea Bay University Health Board
	Voluntary and Independent Organisations
	Community Members and Carers

	In 2022 the Partnership will make a Learning Disability Strategy.
	This survey will help us find out what matters most to people with learning disabilities. This will help us make the strategy.
