How are you transforming the impact culture of your University?

For my next book, Impact Culture, I would like to interview a small number of people who are doing bold and interesting things to build or transform the culture around impact in their University. In my book, I define impact culture as "communities of people with complementary priorities who use research to benefit society". Impact culture is a part of your research culture, which I define as "the shared values, beliefs and norms of an academic community that support the production of high quality research outputs, which then define the collective identity of that community and distinguish the strengths and foci of one institution from another." You can read more in the extract of the book below.

You can choose to be anonymous in the book, but Universities will NOT be anonymised (I will only be showcasing success stories, and I want readers to be able to reach out and discover more for themselves if they like what they hear about what you are doing). Please give as much detail as you have time to provide, and I will get in touch to let you know if I plan to use your example (and invite you to a 30 min interview) or not (apologies in advance, but I want to look at a small number of diverse examples so won't be able to interview and include everyone).
