Shaw Playing Field Facilities Questionnaire Since 2015 CAWS (Community Action Whitley & Shaw) has raised over £2,000 to improve facilities at Shaw Village Hall Playing Field. In addition the landowners - Melksham Without Parish Council and leaseholders - Shaw Village Hall Committee are committed to continually maintaining and improving the facilities as the needs of the inhabitants of Shaw & Whitley evolve. A working party of these stakeholders has been formed to coordinate this and to apply for match-funded investment from local government for new equipment to compliment the existing facilities. To apply for funding we must obtain a representative sample of preference from the local population.
