Booking Form - Fakenham Town Band

Thank you for your enquiry about booking Fakenham Town Band.  Your booking has been provisionally made in the band’s diary, and will be confirmed on receipt of this completed booking form.  Your invoice is attached to this booking, and must be paid at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled performance date unless other arrangements have been agreed.  The questionnaire must be completed and returned with the booking form, this is to ensure that the band produces the performance that both you and they are expecting.  Adjustments can be made after submission of the questionnaire, subject to availability, convenience and timescales.  Further terms and conditions are available on the bands website - www.fakenhamtownband.com.
