Graduate Development Survey for Employers

For a whole variety of reasons the skills shortage in the Electronics design sector is becoming more acute.

Fundamentally, there are still too few young people studying Electronics and so the demand for capable, employable, graduates far outstrips supply.

Therefore, there is even more need for companies to encourage and develop UK talent.

We would like to seek your views specifically about graduate development.  Effectively making the transition from university is often the key to long term success in the sector.

We would be grateful if you would spare a few minutes to complete the following questionnaire that we have compiled in collaboration with the UK Electronics Skills Foundation (UKESF) which should take approx 7 minutes to complete.

All those who complete the survey before Friday 29th of March will be entered into a draw for a £50 Amazon voucher.
