Hello, deafscotland and Deaf Links have been working together on a new project. The aim of the project was to provide information and support to Deaf People who have long term Health conditions. Everyone is welcome to get involved.

We will not be using this information for anything other than to report on the project. All data collected will remain anonymous.

If more than one of you is trying to use the same computer to complete the survey, you might have to clear your cookie history once you are finished to let another person do the same.

How to: Clear Cookies

- Click the 3 vertical dots at the top right of the browser window below the close window button. (Alternatively use the shortcut [Ctrl+H])

- Click Clear browsing data/cache

- A new dialogue box will open with the option to clear all of your browsing data but you can select just browsing cookies.

- Click Clear browsing data and you're done!
