Introduction:

The Veteran & Reservists Community Network (VCN) is a newly established group of Armed Forces Veterans & Reservists and family members who are committed to ensuring that Veterans and their families have access to the help and support that they may need through developing a local network of Veteran & Reservists peer mentor support. We have close links with the Northampton Armed Forces Liaison Group, Armed Forces Covenant Project Manager, Northamptonshire Clinical Commissioning Groups and St Andrews Veteran’s Complex Treatment Service.

To help us understand how easy Veterans & Reservists feel it is to access treatment and support services, we are asking for 5 minutes of your time to complete this short survey.
