NATPC Awards - Pathway Innovation of the Year 2017 |
This award has been created to recognise and share the innovative work being undertaken throughout Primary Care. The category is open to all Healthcare Providers who have implemented something new to add value across a patient pathway.
In order to enter the competition, this form must be completed and submitted by Friday 1st September.
The deserving winner will be announced at a glitzy, Black-Tie Gala Dinner at the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham on Wednesday 18th October.
