IPFA is committed to driving and supporting change with respect to diversity and inclusion in the energy, infrastructure and renewable industries. In order to improve our practices and our approach to D&I, we have recently created a D&I task force and we are looking for more members to join us.

This might be participating in or leading an employee resource group or D&I council at your organization, attending relevant training, or membership of other groups that operate in the D&I forum etc.

* 4. What role would you like to see IPFA playing with respect to D&I issues in the energy, infrastructure and renewable industries?  What ideas do you have for how IPFA can drive change in our industry?

Categories of diversity that IPFA considers include: gender identity, race, ethnicity, LGBTQ+, disability, age, religion, national origin and veteran status.
