This survey is primarily for higher education teachers and anyone who is involved in the learning and development of other people. Its purpose is to identify the most important influences on the pedagogical thinking and practice of teachers and other education professionals. How do we develop the knowledge, understanding, beliefs and values that shape the practices we use to encourage and facilitate learning?

Responses are anonymous and summaries of the results will be used to inform an open conversation on the idea of 'personal pedagogy' March 27-31 2017 on the #creativeHE Google+ Forum. 

This is an open conversation and anyone can participate.

The results of the survey will be summarised in the March issue of Creative Academic Magazine (CAM7C)
