Black Lives Matter - Conference Stall application

Thank you for your interest in registering your business to be part of the Educating OUT Institutional Racism - BLM conference on 11th September 2 to 5pm.

Stalls cost £10 for sole traders and £30 for registered sole traders. (+ eventbrite fees)

Stalls are free for registered charities

The price includes 2 free tickets to the conference.

You will be able to attend the conference 2 to 4pm and will be given the opportunity to showcase your business in private zoom meetings - you may have to provide your own zoom link which will be shared with the conference delegates.

The conference capacity is 5000 people.

Fees are payable through eventbrite. Your logo and link to website will be added to the final programme and emailed to all delegates.

We look forward to receiving your submission.

Application closes on 1st September , all applicants will be notified by 7th Sept 2020.

The organisers reserves the right to refuse stalls.

The Conference Organisers will
- keep you informed of registration numbers and logistics for the event
- support the marketing and promotion of the event within their networks and social media
- keep your contact and personal details private and for the sole use of the conference unless otherwise agreed.
- add your logo and link to business webpage to the final programme.
- Give you 2 free tickets for the conference to share with your friends or colleagues.

Cancellation notice is required.

In return we expect you to
- respond to email communication from organisers promptly (within 48 hours)
- support the marketing and promotion of the conference i.e by posting on your social media , promoting within own networks etc
