CPNI are keen to understand the effects of network pressures and the impact this has on patients, communities and pharmacy teams. We would appreciate if you could complete this short survey which takes approximately 5 mins.
Please note it is of vital importance that information is gathered accurately to demonstrate the ongoing impact on services across Northern Ireland. Whilst service provision activity related data will be shared with HSCB at contractor level the qualitative information contained within this questionnaire will be treated in confidence and reported on a collated, NI wide basis, with no comments attributed to individual contractors without their consent.
