Are you a Carer for a friend, relative or neighbour or do you support a friend, relative or neighbour?

If yes, then we want to hear from you about what support you need for YOUR own mental and physical health and wellbeing.

Why do we want to hear from you?
We know that providing support for someone, can be very rewarding and fulfilling, however it can also be emotionally and physically draining. We want to know what support you need for your mental and physical health and wellbeing . This is your opportunity to tell us what matters to YOU.
We want to hear what matters to YOU. What would help you to maintain your own mental, physical health and wellbeing?
What difference will your feedback make?
Warwickshire County Council have a range of services to help support Carers . Your feedback will help them understand if their services are meeting your needs . This is your opportunity to say what you think works well or doesn’t work, and what further support you need . What do you need to help you to look after your mental and physical health and wellbeing?
