A reflection of your organisation.

A survey of 75 members of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Advisory Council rated self-awareness as the most important capability for leaders to develop.
The question is, how does a person who lacks self-awareness even know they are not aware?

We’ve created the SelfReflectionCheck to give you the opportunity to test your awareness.  And to compare how the beliefs you have about your leadership and organisation compare to a global benchmark of business leaders.

It’s designed to be brief, it’s not an in-depth analysis.  But it’s more than enough to allow you to reflect on how your organisation is behaving compared to others.

We look at 5 areas.

The health of work management in your organization – what people are expected to do in your organization.

The health of the relationships across your organization’s value chain – how they all get along in doing their work.

The health of people management in your organization – how they’re managed while doing their work.

The motivation of people in your organization – how motivated they are while doing their work.

The support that you receive as a leader – how you’re supported in achieving all of this.

We’ll describe each of those as you get to them.

In total there are 19 questions.  So this will take less than 10 minutes to complete.

First, to allow us to benchmark different sectors, we'd like to collect some basic demographic information. But we give you this commitment: the information that you provide us will be used to create your own infographic, and to benchmark against other international respondents.  We will not share any data with anyone else.
