Thanks for your interest in this survey about live music in East England!

Question Title

As you might know, Cambridge Junction is working with Arts Council England to map live music venues and promoters across East England - that’s Beds, Cambs, Essex, Herts, Norfolk & Suffolk - and explore what life is like for them. We're doing this with a view to addressing some of the issues that limit the amount of live music that happens in the region.

If you represent a venue based in East England, or promote gigs there, your feedback is vital in helping us build an accurate picture of what’s happening - and what would most help you and other venues/promoters in the future. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your views, and as a thank you for completing this survey you can enter into a prize draw to win a £100 Amazon voucher.

We’ve kept things as simple as possible, and we promise that the survey should only take a fraction over 10 minutes to complete. Maybe time to grab a quick coffee before you kick off?!

Just so you know, all individual responses are anonymised, and we won't share any personal or financial data you give us with third parties. Our researchers at the hub ( will use it simply to produce an overall picture of the region’s live music scene.

The survey is open until 2 July, and we’ll be running a follow up industry event at the Junction on 15 October, where we’ll be sharing the findings and exploring how we can all work together - venues, promoters, funders and others - to grow live music in the region. Put it in your diary now!

Thanks again for taking the time to do this, and if you have any questions, please do get in touch with Rob Tinkler here at the Junction:
