I would be pretty upset by someone using my creative works without my permission.

I would be upset but I would then need to explore the reasoning behind it.

It hasn't happened to me so I haven't a real opinion of this.

I would be ok with this if I found out further reasoning behind it.

I would be totally fine if people used any of my creative works without my permission.

I would be annoyed at first but it's possible I would see it as an honour too.

* 3. Ok, So Let's Say Your Work Has Been Stolen; How Would You Approach & Aim To Resolve This? (E.g, Even if this hasn't happened to you, imagine it has and knowing how difficult it can be to sometimes prove it, would you be more protective of your work in future? Would it cause you to no longer share your work as freely as you may have done? Does it make you fight harder to ensure this can't happen, for many people who may have a similar scenario? Discus below or use your own experiences or thoughts).

* 4. You Can't Get Any Joy From The Individual or Company That Has Stolen Your Work & They Are Even Claiming That This Work Is Their Property! What Would You Do In This Situation, Especially As It Now Looks Like You May Have To Start Some Form of Legal Proceedings? (E.g, Imagine a person or company has taken your work and is now profiting from it. What steps would you take to reclaim your works back? In film, big studios and production companies have been known to take screenplays, adapt them a little and pass the works off as their own. This can of course be incredibly frustrating for the hard work a screenwriter has put in to their own works. Discuss further below using the example as a guide or use your own experiences and example(s)).
