* 4. You Can't Get Any Joy From The Individual or Company That Has Stolen Your Work & They Are Even Claiming That This Work Is Their Property! What Would You Do In This Situation, Especially As It Now Looks Like You May Have To Start Some Form of Legal Proceedings? (E.g, Imagine a person or company has taken your work and is now profiting from it. What steps would you take to reclaim your works back? In film, big studios and production companies have been known to take screenplays, adapt them a little and pass the works off as their own. This can of course be incredibly frustrating for the hard work a screenwriter has put in to their own works.
