2015 Star City Open and End of Season

After each BMGA tournament a survey will be sent out to collect feedback about the event in addition to general information from the players to enable feedback to be given and improvements to be made.

This survey will capture feedback from players who took part in the Star City Open and also to get feedback from all players regarding the 2015 season.

The survey will close on Sunday 13 December so please complete it as soon as you can.

All responses are made in confidence.
