Request from TASP Member

Kent Safeguarding Children Partnership have requested that TASP ask our Partnership colleagues some questions to gauge what other partnerships are doing in terms of  logistics and best practice/risk management in relation to the Homes for Ukraine Scheme. TASP and Kent are prepared to share the results of this survey with colleagues on our website.

* 1. Have you got plans in place for, or are you currently considering, how to manage the potential safeguarding risks posed by the Homes for Ukraine scheme in your area (over and above the basic DBS  check conducted as part of the application/placement process?

* 5. What support is being offered to the refugees being placed as part of the scheme to meet their ongoing needs? E.g. Mental Health support in relation to potential trauma/PTSD?
