Colouring in the Place

We're telling the stories of the plants and trees that add to people's experience of East London and celebrating them with a quilted map using natural dyes. Add your plant or tree here and we'll add it to our map. You can also come along to our open event on 27 May as part of the Chelsea Fringe festival at Bow Arts. Book a free place here. This event is supported by the Bow Arts programme of events, Raw Materials: Textiles.

Colouring in a Place is the project of two London artists, Katelyn Toth-Fejel and Katherine May. Stories collected for this event will contribute to Katelyn's PhD research project, Fashion-in-Residence.
