Opening School Facilities Survey

We want to learn about the approaches taken by schools across the Tees Valley to open up their school facilities. Tees Valley Sport have developed a survey to help us map existing provision; current practises/different models; good practise and barriers to opening facilities.

The survey will take a maximum of 10 minutes to complete and each completed return will be included in a prize draw to win a £400 sports equipment voucher. There will be a prize draw for each local authority area in the Tees Valley: 5 local authorities, 5 x £400 prizes.
